RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. Casual-gold.com grant a 24-month warranty on all their products. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or declined, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior. Advertising must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If advertising is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Return on repair/complaint:
Casual-gold.com reserves the right to have defective goods inspected and possibly repaired by the importer, manufacturer or our own repairer for assessment whether the complaint is warranted. The costs of these inspections are borne by Casual-gold.com, who take pride in ensuring that all our products maintain a high quality standard and should anything happen to our products against expectations, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the item.
