1. ORDERING AT CASUAL-GOLD.COM

A legally binding agreement between you and Casual-gold.com is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email. Until you receive an order confirmation, Casual-gold.com are entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. due to price and text errors or sold-out items, and if this happens, you will of course be notified by email.

After placing an order for casual-gold.com, you will automatically receive an email indicating which items you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order, and no legally binding agreement has been reached between you and Casual-gold.com at this time.

GUIDE: HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON CASUAL-GOLD.COM

At Casual-gold.com, we have done our best to make it as easy as possible to search our goods, find, compare and order the best-in-taste items. Here is a brief instruction on how a purchase can proceed on Casual-gold.com.

• Search for the item or items you want. On our webshop, the goods are divided into groups, so it is easy to find what you are looking for.
• When you find an item you like, you have the option to tap “Info” to read more details about it. Here you will also see our expected delivery time on the item.
• If the item is something you would like to buy or save for later comparison, it can be placed in your personal shopping cart by pressing “Buy” – and you can then look further. You will not buy anything until you have filled in your name, address and have accepted our terms.
• When you have finished looking at our many lovely items you can see the contents of your personal “Shopping Cart” by clicking on it up to the right of the shop.
• Now you have an overview of the items you have selected and here is the opportunity to compare and re-read more about the individual items – possibly remove or add more.
• When you are satisfied with what you have found choose then “Go to order”.
• Enter your name and address so we can send you the goods.
• If the package is to be delivered to a location other than the billing address – for example, your work, to avoid having to pick up the package at the post office – then tick the “alternative address” field and fill in the name and address of the alternative address where you want the package delivered. Then press “On.”
• Now choose Payment Method and Shipping Method. Then select “On.”
• You will now get an overview of your purchases as well as the total price. Please note that Casual-gold.com is no fee on your purchases and you can always choose free delivery.
• You will now be asked to read and accept our terms of business – the same ones you will find below. Our terms of business open in a new tab and if you accept these, you go back a tab and select “Approve Order”.
• Credit card information is entered and select “Approve”.

All your credit card information will only be sent to PBS/NETS via a secure and encrypted SLL connection. Casual-gold.com and their employees will never be able to see your card information, nor will we ever be able to withdraw larger amounts than you have accepted.

You will see a temporary order confirmation that we recommend you store or print out – a copy will be sent immediately to the email account you provided at the time of ordering. Casual-gold.com finally confirm your order fastest within the next 24 hours, with a final indication about our expected delivery time, however, you may experience with items located in our own warehouse and we can ship on the first working day after ordering will not be confirmed, but just shipped. When the item is shipped, you will receive another email that the item is on its way, along with a tracking number, with a guide on how to follow the item in its path. The final invoice is sent together with the item.

2. PRICES

Prices of Casual-gold.com are stated including 25% Danish VAT and taxes. Prices of Casual-gold.com are on delivery in EU countries including 25% VAT and taxes. Casual-gold.com are not responsible for any local customs duties and taxes on our goods.

3. PRICE GUARANTEE

At Casual-gold.com we will always ensure our customers get the best deal and thus the best prices. Casual-gold.com will match cheaper prices found at similar retail stores or internet stores               

The only requirements we have for this price guarantee are that the product you find is from a Danish retail store or internet store, which is subject to the same Danish rules for VAT, customs and consumer protection that Casual-gold.com are subject to.

The product must have exactly the same design, manufacturer, quality, size and purity. The price guarantee applies only to genuinely available items and thus does not apply to queue offers, limited quantity/time, warehouse offers or offers that require membership of a purchasing association or any special payment to access the offer.

Our price guarantee is valid up to 8 days after your purchase and all you have to do is contact our customer service with a link, screen print, ad clippings or some kind of tangible proof of price.

If you are unsure whether the price you have seen will be accepted – please send it in as all inquiries will be taken seriously!

4. SECURITY

Casual-gold.com use the SSL security protocol, which encrypts information between your Internet browser and the payment server in our case NETS/PBS. This means that the information you provide when paying with Credit Card or credit card is protected during the transfer from your computer on to us. As an encryption form in electronic commerce, SSL is widely used and is considered a very secure solution. On www.betaling.dk, you can see how an SSL payment is made.

5. PAYMENT

On Casual-gold.com you can pay with the most common Danish and international payment cards, such as Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro m.m. We don’t charge card fees. It is also possible to pay via a bank transfer. In the area of bank transfer, you are not protected by the opposition scheme.

Casual-gold.com will not withdraw the amount in your account until we ship the goods. When paying with MasterCard, Eurocard or Diners, your purchase will automatically appear on your next bank statement from the card issuer – just as you would when you use that credit card. If you pay with a debit card, you must make sure that the amount is covered, available in the account until we withdraw our payment -i.e. to we when we post. Casual-gold.com can never deduct a larger amount than the amount you approved at the time of purchase, but we can change the amount down.

If there is no cover on the card when we have your goods ready for shipment and thus withdraw the payment, then the goods will be stopped at the carrier and returned. Our customer service will contact you to find the solution to the problem.

When using debit cards Casual-gold.com you are always safe from abuse. You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your payment history if you have not received the item. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet store that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in its payment system. This means that you are better secured than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only Nets/PBS can read it. Neither Casual-gold.com nor anyone else can read the data.

ANY ATTEMPTED MISUSE OF CREDIT CARDS OR ANY OTHER ATTEMPTED FRAUD AGAINST CASUAL-GOLD.COM WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.

6. TERMS OF DELIVERY & FREIGHT

On Casual-gold.com, on all orders, you can choose your order freely delivered to the whole world.

7. DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to have all stockkeeping units shipped on the same day that we receive the order. Denmark: approx. 2-4 working days Sweden & Norway: approx. 4-7 business days Other EU, Iceland, Faroe Islands &Greenland: approx. 5-10 working days.

Delivery times may vary from country to country and are valid from Casual-gold.com have handed over the order to the carrier.

8. RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

At Casual-gold.com we would like to see that what we deliver to our customers is 100% satisfactory, it is not, so do not worry! When you buy something from Casual-gold.com, you always have a minimum of 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return and your money you can always get back.

If the time has run out and the 14 days have passed, but the item is still unused and in new condition, and you have regretted your purchase, please contact our customer service and we will definitely find a solution that makes you happy.

What about the freight?

You are responsible for the cost and responsibility for the return. We believe that regular letter mail is safe enough for items with a value of less than DKK 500, but if you want a receipt that we have received it and security to get compensation if the item disappears along the way, we recommend that you return by parcel post or as recommended mail.

What is needed for a refund?

When you return something purchased from Casual-gold.com please always return the original box, trademark tags, original manuals, certificates and warranty certificates. It is important for the value of our goods that everything as received in the shipment comes back in the same condition if you want to be sure to be able to get the full amounts back. The only exception is if you are told otherwise by our customer service.

REMEMBER that packaging must protect the product during transport and be able to withstand the safe appearance of the product!

Note! Returned items sent per C.O.D. to us will be denied.

Casual-gold.com will credit the returned and any excess payment that was used on the same credit or debit card used at the time of booking as soon as you receive your exchange. You can also choose that we transfer the money to a self-selected bank account, but this can take 2-3 business days extra.

Handling a return can take up to 7 days, but we do our best to do so as soon as possible. If you use Mastercard as payment, you should be aware that even if you regret, the money can be intial in your account for up to 30 days. If in doubt, please contact our customer service by email or by phone.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN

At Casual-gold.com, we would like what we deliver to our customers to be 100% satisfactory. If it isn’t, don’t worry! When you buy an item from Casual-gold.com, you always have a minimum of 14 days from receipt to cancel your purchase and we also give the money back. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the time has run out and the 14 days have passed, but the item is still unused and in new condition, and you have regretted your purchase, please contact our customer service and we will definitely find a solution that makes you happy.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@casual-gold.com.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing receipt of the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. 

Please note that you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have notified us that you will regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if an injury occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

These appointments cannot be undone:

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and way of the item’s operation, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you’ll get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different mode of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you will cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used in the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

10. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. Casual-gold.com grant a 24-month warranty on all their products. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or declined, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.

Return on repair/complaint:

Casual-gold.com reserves the right to have defective goods inspected and possibly repaired by the importer, manufacturer or our own repairer for assessment whether the complaint is warranted. The costs of these inspections are borne by Casual-gold.com, who take pride in ensuring that all our products maintain a high quality standard and should anything happen to our products against expectations, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the item.

By signing up for our newsletter, you will receive a newsletter by mail about 8-10 times a year, with new brands, products and offers from Casual-gold.com. It will always be easy and quick to unsubscribe from our newsletters via a link at the bottom of each newsletter, where you can click and thus automatically unsubscribe from the newsletter. Casual-gold.com guarantee you that your information and email address you provide so that we can send you our newsletter will not be used for any other purpose or handed over to third person.

We do not record personal information about visitors’ movements on Casual-gold.com. However, we use Google analytics to anonymously track our customers’ satisfaction and how we can improve.

In connection with ordering, we ask for personal information to the extent necessary to ensure the correct delivery of the ordered goods (name, address, email and telephone number). We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. Casual-gold.com store your information securely in the company on PCs and in programs with different access restrictions for the sole use of our financial statements and as proof of sales.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Your personal data will be stored for a minimum of 5 years, which is required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act and will not be misused for marketing purposes. Casual-gold.com does not keep any information about card numbers or account numbers ifb. with purchases with Dankort or other payment cards.
